It comprises several predefined fields such as &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First Name &amp; Last Name<\/strong>: The affiliate&#8217;s full name (first and last) for identification and personalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Username<\/strong>: A unique username for the affiliate&#8217;s profile display and login credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email Address:<\/strong> The affiliate&#8217;s primary email address (used for registration, notifications, approvals, and communication).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How will you promote us?:<\/strong> A description from the applicant outlining their planned promotion methods, channels, or strategy (helps with approval decisions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password &amp; Confirm Password<\/strong>: The secure password the affiliate will use to log in to their account after approval (must match in both fields for security).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>What do you do here?
