The Referrals<\/strong> section in WC Affiliate allows the admin to view, manage and track all affiliate-generated commissions. Each time a customer makes a purchase using an affiliate link, a referral record is created here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a Referral?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Referral<\/strong> is a commission record created when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A visitor clicks an affiliate\u2019s referral link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The visitor completes a purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The system calculates commission based on your settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Each referral is linked to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • An Affiliate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A Visit (click)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A WooCommerce Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A Commission amount<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      On the Referral page, you will see a table with several columns such as\u00a0ID<\/strong>,\u00a0Affiliate<\/strong>,\u00a0Commission<\/strong>,\u00a0Type<\/strong>, Visits<\/strong>,\u00a0Order<\/strong>, Products, Order Total, Status,\u00a0<\/strong>etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The commission amount earned from the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Commission Rate: 10%<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        2. A customer clicks the link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. The system records a Visit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Customer purchases a product worth $75<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Commission rate is 10%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. The system creates a referral<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
