Terms of Service
WC Affiliate is a product created by Codexpert. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and WC Affiliate (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of WC Affiliate, including any related services, updates, support, and documentation (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using WC Affiliate in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Our Services
WC Affiliate is a WordPress plugin designed to help users create, manage, and scale affiliate programs integrated with WooCommerce. Our core offerings include:
- WordPress plugins (WC Affiliate and related software packages)
- Technical support for both free and licensed users
- Software updates and bug fixes for licensed periods
2. License and Usage
All WC Affiliate products are released under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3). This open-source license allows you to use, modify, and distribute the software freely in accordance with the GPLv3 terms.
However, we strongly discourage modifying WC Affiliate for redistribution or resale under your own brand or name. You may not claim intellectual property or exclusive ownership over any part of WC Affiliate, including modified versions.
Your license key grants access to:
- Automatic updates from our servers
- Premium features (where applicable)
- Downloads of the plugin and related files
Activation of the license key is required for full functionality. Each purchase includes 365 (infinite days for LTD users) days of update validity and support (calculated from the date your order is marked complete). Without a valid, active license:
- Updates and premium features will not be accessible
- You will be unable to download the product from your account
Support and updates are tied to an active subscription or a valid license period. Auto-renewal may apply depending on your payment method.
3. Support Services
We provide technical support for WC Affiliate to licensed users via support tickets (and potentially other channels such as Facebook Messenger, as announced). Support is available on regular workdays.
- Pre-sales inquiries are handled free of charge.
- General guidance may be available throughout the week, but in-depth technical support is limited to workdays.
- Custom development, modifications, or additional work may incur extra fees.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend support if:
- Your site contains explicit, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
- You or your representatives engage in abusive, uncivil, or harassing behavior toward our team
- You make repeated unreasonable, irrelevant, or excessive demands
4. Updates
We periodically release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, address compatibility issues (e.g., with WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions), and enhance security. Updates are provided at our discretion during your active license period.
Any custom work or premium add-on services may require separate payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WC Affiliate will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of WC Affiliate. This includes (but is not limited to) loss of data, revenue, profits, business interruption, or the cost of servicing, repair, or replacement.
Liability is excluded except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. No Warranty
WC Affiliate is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
We guarantee the plugin will function in tested environments (compatible WordPress versions, PHP versions, browsers, and WooCommerce setups as listed on the product page). Compatibility beyond those environments is not guaranteed.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
You agree not to submit any personal data (as defined under GDPR) or personally identifiable information (as defined under applicable U.S. laws) to us unless we have given prior written authorization.
If you do provide such data without authorization, you will fully indemnify WC Affiliate against any costs, damages, administrative fines, legal fees, or expenses related to its processing, removal, or secure deletion.
We handle non-public information collected (e.g., via cookies, analytics tools) in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Discounts and Pricing
Any promotional discounts apply only to the initial subscription term or first purchase and do not extend to renewals.
9. Term and Duration
This agreement begins when we receive your first payment and continues for twelve (12) months (or the purchased period). It renews automatically upon successful payment for the next term, unless canceled in accordance with our renewal policies.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of WC Affiliate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and WC Affiliate regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
