WC Affiliate lets you control your affiliate program inside WooCommerce. You can set commission rules, manage payouts, and configure cookie tracking. Multi-level rewards, etc. All the essential settings are available in the WC Affiliate Settings panel. This page gives you a simple overview so you can quickly find what you need.

Available Settings

Basic Settings: The Basic Settings section controls the core behavior of your affiliate program. Includes:

• General – Configure dashboard pages, registration flow, and affiliate approval behavior.
• Affiliate Commission – Set commission base, type (percent or fixed), and exclusions (tax, shipping, fees).
• Recurring Commission – Enable and configure commissions for subscription renewals.
• Referral Status – Define how referrals behave based on WooCommerce order statuses.
• Visitor Discounts – Offer automatic discounts to visitors referred by affiliates.
• Sign-Up Bonus – Reward affiliates for joining or referring other affiliates.
• Others – Configure cookie expiration, email validation, and terms & conditions.

Advanced Settings: The Advanced Settings section gives you deeper control over tracking and referral logic. These options are recommended for users who need custom tracking structures or integration flexibility.

• Referral Settings – Customize how referrals are created and validated.
• Referral Key – Define the URL parameter used for affiliate tracking.
• Cookie Name – Set the tracking cookie name.
• Visit Cookie Name – Configure the cookie used for visit tracking.
• Token Type – Choose how affiliate tracking tokens are generated and handled.

Payout Settings: The Payout Settings manage how your affiliates get paid. Also you can

• Set the minimum commission balance required for affiliate payouts.
• Select your desired payment methods available to affiliates.

Multi-Level Commission: The Multi-level Commission enables multi-tier affiliate commissions for your affiliate program. You can

• Activate multi-level commissions.
• Set the number of levels, and define commission percentages per level

Message Settings: The Message setting shows system-generated messages displayed across the affiliate dashboard. These settings help you maintain consistent communication within the affiliate system. You can customize:

• System Messages
• Registration Success
• Profile Update Message
• New Affiliate Registration
• Human Verification
• Financial Messages
• Payout Request
• Insufficient Balance

Email Settings: The Email settings control which events trigger email notifications and customize the message content. Configure automated email notifications for both:

• Affiliates
• Admin

xDomain Cookie: The xDomain Cookie enables cross-domain tracking for affiliate referrals. This is useful if your checkout or landing pages are hosted on different domains.

You can:

• Activate xDomain cookie tracking
• Define additional domains

Shortlinks: The Shortlinks help you enable personalized short links for affiliates here. This improves link readability and click-through performance.

You can:

• Activate shortlink functionality
• Set custom identifiers
• Simplify referral URLs for better sharing

Migration: The Migration settings help you Import/Export affiliate program data from your system. You will find options to:

• Select a particular section
• Import/Export it
• Keep your data locally and analyze it

Registration Form Builder: You can customize your affiliate registration form with this feature. This allows you to collect the exact information you need from new affiliates. You can:

• Add or remove fields
• Modify field labels
• Adjust validation rules
• Set required rules

License: Activate or deactivate your WC Affiliate license. Keeping your license active ensures access to premium features, future updates, and support.
