Please check the following:

  • WooCommerce is installed and activated
  • No JavaScript errors in browser console
  • Permalinks are set (Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes)
  • Plugin conflicts (disable other plugins and test)
  • Theme compatibility (switch to default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three)
